Supercar Transmission, Gear Selector Fork

This part came to us from our partners in the UK, Endeavor Engineering Ltd. They needed a 3D scan and a new design of a Gear Selector Fork from a fairly new supercar. Apparently there is a common fault in these castings and they cannot be replaced individually if they fail. If the worst happens then the manufacturer will only replace the complete gearbox at the cost of a very nice family sized car. After our scanning and CAD work, which included a few subtle modifications, the guys at Endeavor CNC machined a beautiful new batch from Aluminium 7075. At least now there is an option to replace only the failed part and save a lot of money at the same time.
